Day 1: Lake Mburo National Park – Game Drives & Boat Safari
Depart early from Mbarara or Kampala for Lake Mburo National Park. Enjoy a mid-morning game drive, spotting zebras, giraffes, impalas, warthogs, buffaloes, and elands. Visit the salt lick to see wildlife congregate in the open plains. After lunch, take a boat ride on Lake Mburo, where you’ll see hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of birdlife.
